How do I submit a demo to Laurnet Publishing?
All song material submitted in mp3 format with 1-3 songs along with typed lyric sheet (word doc file) attached. Include name, phone number, email address and title of song.

What is the difference between Synchronization licensing and Mechanical licensing?
Synchronization licensing involves the licensing of songs for use with visual images (film, commercials etc). Mechanical licensing involves audiotapes or Cd's.

Where can I get a mechanical license?
Laurnet Publishing is affiliated with Harry Fox Agency that issues mechanical licenses on our behalf.

Can I obtain a synchronization license through the Harry Fox Agency?
No, the Harry Fox Agency only issues mechanical licenses. You will need to contact Laurnet Publishing directly for licenses.

What is the fee of a synchronization license?
Synchronization licensing fees are determined on a case to case basis and are affected by a variety of factors such as song, use, timing, media, term and territory. Please be sure to fill out all the sections of the licensing forms as accurately as possible so we can assess the appropriate fee for your request use.
